As a member of Forrest Street Partners, Todd Baldree focuses primarily on RV resort investments and management. He also shares responsibility in the firm’s overall investment decisions and financial strategies. Todd’s comprehensive viewpoint serves as a catalyst for identifying, repositioning, and operating assets across the Southeast.
Prior to Forrest Street, Todd led his own real estate investment company, LTB Holdings, dedicated primarily to RV resort and other value add acquisitions. A former partner with Turnstone Group, an Atlanta real estate investment firm, he concentrated on opportunistic real estate purchases. Entering the commercial real estate industry in 2001, he began his career with Regions Bank where he held multiple positions including commercial real estate lender, REO market manager and note sales. Todd received his BBA and MBA from the University of Georgia.

Maury Stead oversees the acquisition, contract negotiation, and disposition of real estate for Forrest Street Partners. He focuses time on researching new acquisition or development prospects and raising capital for the firm.
He brings 40+ years of experience in the leasing, management, and brokerage of shopping centers across the Southeast where he was responsible for more than 100 million in lease and sales transactions as co-founder of Stead Realty Group. He served as President and COO of Merchants Management, Inc., growing a start-up management company to over 7 million square feet. Prior to that time, he served as Senior Vice President of Branch and Associates, and Noro Management, a German investment firm.
He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICC), The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and holds a BBA from Auburn University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Georgia.

Whitney Thrower, President and Founder of Thrower Marketing Group, serves in a Marketing Advisor capacity for Forrest Street Partners, assisting the firm with all aspects of strategic marketing. In this capacity, she helps us create, implement, and manage marketing strategies to support brand recognition and business growth. As a seasoned marketing professional with over twenty (20) years of industry experience, Whitney has worked in-house for several national and international contracting firms. Leveraging this experience, she provides insight to guide strategic planning, communications, public relations, advertising, and digital marketing in alignment with our business plans and revenue goals.

As a member of Forrest Street Partners, Jacob focuses primarily on mobile home community acquisitions, financing, asset management, and capital projects. Additionally, Jacob assists in retail tenant representation, brokerage, leasing, and build-to-suit development.
Prior to Forrest Street, Jacob practiced as an intellectual property attorney with a global IP firm where he concentrated on preparing and prosecuting patent applications covering computer architecture, cloud computing, virtual machines, among other innovative computer systems.
Mr. Harcrow received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering, cum laude, from Auburn University.

Brandon is responsible for sourcing development and investment opportunities, focusing his energy on build-to-suit retail, value-add investment, and mobile home park investment. Relying on his experience in site acquisitions, market and deal analysis, and his strong industry relationships, he creatively cultivates deals.
Prior to Forrest Street, Brandon served as the Site Acquisitions Manager for the Atlanta office of Encore Real Estate Development. There, Brandon successfully sourced development opportunities for national tenants such as Sherwin-Williams, Chase Bank, PNC Bank, SunTrust Bank, RaceTrac, and Walgreen’s. Brandon led their acquisition efforts to purchase the Olympia Building located at Five Points in Downtown Atlanta. This historic building was renovated to house the nation’s largest Flagship Walgreen’s store and the deal received the Development of Excellence Award – Exceptional Merit for Historic Preservation from the Atlanta Regional Commission.
He is a proud graduate of Auburn University, holding his BSBA.

Reece Stead shares responsibility for the formulation and implementation of investment strategy, investor relations, conducting market due diligence, contract negotiations and management acquisition and ultimate disposition process for all investments. He also works closely on the development and construction process for ground-up or repositioning of Forrest Street’s RV Parks and Manufactured Housing Investments.
Prior to joining Forrest Street Partners, he co-founded Stead Realty Group where he focused on retail development and tenant representation. He also served as a Project Manager for Hoar Construction, managing the construction of multiple large retail centers and as Construction Coordinator at Wells Real Estate Fund. There, he performed pre-acquisition due-diligence on more than $1 billion in office buildings and coordinated construction projects.
He is a member of the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds, Southeastern Community Owners, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. Reece holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
